These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the HealWell marketplace. By accessing or using HealWell, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or making a purchase on HealWell, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Using HealWell

You agree to use HealWell only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Create false or misleading accounts
• Interfere with the platform's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Use the platform for spam or harassment
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

3. Vendor Terms

Registration & Approval

All vendors must be approved by HealWell administration before listing products. We reserve the right to reject any application without providing a reason.

Commission & Fees

• HealWell charges a 15% commission on all direct sales
• When a sale is referred by an affiliate, HealWell receives 5%
• Monthly membership fee applies as per your chosen plan
• Withdrawals are processed within 7 business days of approval

Product Listings

Vendors are responsible for accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. All products must comply with applicable laws and HealWell's product guidelines.

4. Customer Terms

Customers agree to provide accurate shipping information and payment details. Orders are contracts between the customer and the vendor. HealWell facilitates but is not a party to these contracts.

5. Affiliate Terms

• Affiliates earn 10% commission on sales from referred customers
• Affiliate registration is completely free
• Commissions are paid after order completion and refund period
• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited
• HealWell may terminate affiliate accounts for policy violations

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely via SSL encryption. HealWell uses PayPal and Stripe for transactions. Vendor payouts are processed via bank transfer or PayPal after admin approval.

7. Prohibited Content

The following are not permitted on HealWell:

• Products making unverified medical claims
• Counterfeit or trademark-infringing products
• Illegal substances or products
• Products harmful to health or safety

8. Liability

HealWell acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not liable for product quality, vendor conduct, or disputes between buyers and sellers. We provide a dispute resolution service but final responsibility lies with the vendor.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of HealWell after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
